Opening in 2004 the Factory Skatepark was the first purpose built facility of this type in the country.

The building includes a 16,500sq ft extreme sports arena, office space, conferencing facilities and a franchised restaurant.

Our excellent conference and meeting facilities are complimented with free parking available for up to 75 cars and fully accessible for those with disabilities. Facilities include conferencing and meeting rooms for 5 to 75 delegates with digital presentation equipment and wi-fi internet access.

We have a well structured youth and community programme working with the Dundee, Angus Perth and Fife councils as well as other agencies throughout these counties.

Extreme sports coaching is also available both within the skatepark and off-site with the hire of our mobile ramps.
